Back ordered windows 2016 s550

I own a 2016 S550 with 3 windows on back order since February 2024 it is now December 2024 and still no ETA. Is there anything I could do?

Front windows driver & passenger
back seat window driver side

Have you tried to contact MB USA?
It seems unreasonable that they would have a shortage for so long.

Yes they are, my wife needs brake pads on her GLS, and there are none available, either locally or the usual suspects (FCP Euro), but I found some PowerStop to install, I'm waiting for them to arrive. The Service Advisor mentioned to her that many parts are on back order, and they have no idea when they will come in.
