I saw this post on FB, had never seen the key fob like this, or the second remote with ventilation controls.

Hi Carlos… I think this was exclusively available in 2014 for a launch version in europe or in one of the countries in europe. it is certainly not available to purchase from Mbenz in the US. Used one? Not sure if you can even re-program one to your vin if it was ever connected to another car but am not sure.

Those are useless anyway and they run out of charge quickly. I had one for my former X7 and my X5. They are fancy but bulky.

Just a bit of observation ... those three on the right look to be remotes for telematics and comfort features. The only key fob I see is on the left and it's the standard Mercedes key fob.

You're right. I have the remote ont he far right; it's for rear seat entertainment. I wish I had one like the one on the left, which was the one I was asking about. Would be nice to start the car and control the climate from the key fob. Even if as @S_W222 says, the battery doesn't last very long. I'd happily do more battery changes if it included those features. It would definitely be cheaper and easier than using the app.

As for the remote in the middle; it's explained on the FB post. I didn't realize until after I posted this that only members of that FB club can access that thread.

It's the one attached to the key. I've seen it on a W222 back in 2013 overseas.
It is used to warm the car without starting it from what I recall. Only available on Euro spec cars.
