2015 S65

65s are on a 2 year coolant interval, they destroy engine mounts which are extra expensive and need the 24 sparkplugs changed on the shorter turbo interval.

I have had no significant issues with my 2015 S65, same with my wife’s 2017 A217 S65 Cab and my 2017 R231 SL65. Mine has the original motor mounts, they were fine 3 months ago at the last service. It now has 52k miles still on the original plugs and the original under hood battery. The Aux battery was replaced once. No service/repairs on the MBC suspension system. Brake pads replaced once, rotors are original.
The 222 S-65 has over 140,000 miles on original mounts that are doing just fine.
OP find one with Carbon Ceramic brakes. Pads last 90,000 miles or longer. Rotors last forever if not damaged.
My 222 S-65 still uses the original A/C compressor. In Arizona.
Water pump, all bearings for serp belt and a belt happened two years ago. Easy enough to do.
Front suspension lower arms (just two of them) got replaced at 90,000 miles. Upper control arm bushings became noisy at 130,000 or so. I replaced the upper control arms. MBC is excellent. The 221 S-65 needed new front lower suspension arms (all four!) annually.
Sunroof rails were a treat to replace last year.
Fluids, spark plugs and tires mostly.
This has been the best S-Class car I have ever owned.
