I hope you experts will be able to tell me what my Mercedes dealer couldn’t. The button panel on my dashboard next to the steering wheel is not working.
I just purchased the car so I’m not sure it ever worked to be honest. Pressing any of the buttons does nothing and they do not light up. I've tried pulling the battery and letting it sit for a while.
My car has all the options on the panel, it just doesn’t work. I’ve already replaced it with another second hand part with the same part number and it is not working.
Is there a fuse or something for this panel? I have checked the connection at the back and it is plugged in.
My car is a 2017 S400h W222

I say do check the fuse boxes, passenger foot well, trunk underfloor and engine compartment. There should be a diagram in one of the locations.
