Center support bearing

Question for my S-Class V222 S350d with the 9g-tronic
My flex discs are getting quite worn (122k miles, originals). I noticed it because when i'm driving over 70 miles an hour, the car vibrates a bit, but too much for an S Class.
Engine and transmission mounts were recently changed.
Considering the fact that there's a lot of labour involved to change them, I decided that I might as well change the center support bearing.
There's an information I cannot find though, about the ball bearing in the center support bearing.
My car doesn't seem to have one as it's grayed out on EPC (only available for the 7G-tronic)
Ball bearing reference : A0089815125
Center support bearing reference : A2224100981 (already got from MB for 104€, doesn't have a ball bearing inside, only rubber/boot) and that's the same part number as the one in the 7G.
Mercedes checked on their EPC and it's still grayed out. Would that mean that I don't have a ball bearing ?
What do you think about it?
That's a big deal for me because I have an independent mechanic and he doesn't have the tools to remove a ball bearing.
My vin if you want WDD2221321A255470
Thanks !

Even more odd, if I just checked your chassis number (222.132) and I see a specific note for many of these propeller shaft parts excluding them from cars with the V6 Diesel and 7SPD transmission! This may be a case where the parts catalog is not correct or not complete.

I would recommend having a look with an inspection camera first and if you confirm there is the center support bearing just order the part and have it ready. A0089815125 - Center support ball bearing.
