Bluetooth microphone issue
So just picked up a mint 2014 S550 with only 52,000 miles on the clock from my elderly, original owner, neighbor.
Im looking for help with an issue with the Bluetooth microphone. I’ve paired multiple phones and none work. I can hear the caller through the Bluetooth but they cannot hear me at all. I’ve confirmed the microphone is turned on. Also odd that the car can hear and respond to voice commands - which I presume uses the same microphone.
Any ideas or suggestions?
I asked the seller - 80 years old - said he never paired a phone to the car…. He even had me come pair his phone to his new S class. His reaction was as if I had discovered fire 🤣.
