S580 mpg report
Currently on our first road trip with the new car and seeing the miles per gallon exceeding published estimates. From San Diego - Scottsdale - Santa Fe the average was close to 28 MPG. And Santa Fe - Colorado Springs - Aspen (mucho mountain driving) over 20 MPG. NOT BAD! And as for the driving experience, a dream. This was a trip we wouldn’t take in our 2020 Tesla S because of “range anxiety .” Finding a gas station is so much easier than planning your trip around available charging stations.

Thats fantastic MPG!! I am looking forward to our S580 next month hopefully.

This place is a joke.
Great. My 2000 Grand Prix GTP with a cast iron pushrod engine got 30 MPG, 20 years ago. Look how far the internal combustion engine has come!
