No. A HUD is not retrofittable in the same way an SOS chip is, this would be a serious exercise in parts, labor, programming, and expenses, not to mention wouldn’t even be compatible with the standard dashboard design.

You can retrofit whatever part or option you want onto the car, the question is are you willing to pay what is needed to retrofit it? MBenzNL should be able to give you an approximate quote if they can do it, there's also probably companies in Russia and Singapore that can do it, there was one called Elebest in Singapore who could probably help you at a cost and potentially supply you. There will probably be a lead time on parts. I wouldn't recommend trying it yourself unless you've done similar before and have someone who can do Vediamo/Xentry/SCN Coding.

And, not the least to say, this retrofit (if possible) will likely void a lot of the warranty of the car and might affect the car insurance. Suggest serious consideration for this venture.

Surprisingly, our wonderful dealership is taking back our car since it had only been driven to my home (then back to dealership) miles on it and is ordering our car with the heads up display as it was supposed to be. They are the best dealership because the heads up display was a make or break deal. Love them!!!!!
