Youtube / Netflix app on Mbux Tablets on Rear
Hello
Is there any chance we can install dedicated app for youtube or netflix on rear tablets? It seems that they have only internet browser that I can connect to youtube but it is way more complicated for kids to manually enter url and all that. Dedicated app would be great.

I would not underestimate your kids' ability to handle any url input, as you must have noted how fast their little fingers can move on the keyboard of their mobile phone.
Anyway, I do not know how to get the Youtube app on the MBUX system.
The only way is probably to 'bookmark' these frequently visited sites/urls in the browser?

Youtube is working find via browser, but netflix is not - unable to play any of the movies (giving me some error code, and telling me to check my chrome settings under "play protected content". But there is no browser settings like that, so its a bummer.
I came from Audi with rear entertainment and it was based on android, and we could use any android app to play content (youtube, netflix etc). Its a shame that newer Mercedes still didnt managed to get this working better.
I'm only hoping Zero Layer upgrade will change something, update some firmware on those and maybe (10% chance I guess) it will work.

I will just buy google chromecast 4.0. Its a mess with cables (need to connect to hdmi + usb c) and I hate to have hdmi flap open all the time between rear seats (ports are too close to opening to close it) but it will work like it should.
