Well certainly be interesting if they will ever use it again, especially to pay tribute to the short lived SL 73 but then 73 have big shoes to fill, it has to be superior to the 65 which means the very least, it has to have a V12 for example, I guess the likelihood of MB reviving that nameplate like you said will be slim to none.

Disagree with some opinions here, "not seeing the S-Class in this iteration".
Having owned the vanilla S580 got me to accept the styling, mainly by overshadowing the looks with comfort and overall refinement, had more luck this time with reliability also vs my old 2019 S63.
Traded it for Alpina B7 which really surprised me with the excellent blend of great handling , performance and comfort but in the end, I am more of an AMG guy then the BMW (that I occasionally buy between MBs).
Looking forward to see some real tests of this S63e and I am definitely going to trade the B7 toward this or maybe I would go a little of the chart and get the Sapphire (have a deposit on one anyway).

Hope OP doesn't mind me posting here, I realized posting in the "Any updates on S 63 Release" is a bad idea because this video have nothing to do with the release, I understand forum members are eager for that car to release in North America (it is long overdue) and closely monitoring updates on that thread. I don't want them to receive a notification from that thread only to be disappointed it is just a video and that it has nothing to do with the releasing of the car.
