I am having complaints on the other end of the line that people cannot hear me well and I sound distant when I am speaking. The reception of my phone is strong but they cannot hear me well. I can hear them pretty good. Not sure if its because of carplay or the microphone being defective? Anyone have this issue?

i was able to increase the transmission volume to + 2 in the bluetooth setting and also turned off the rear cabin microphones in the output menu under the call. Will test it tmw. I think having all the microphones on for the call causes more road noise in the phone call on the highway. Now its only set to the front two seats.

Hi, I had the same problem. Updated my phone to the latest firmware version, and seems to work fine now. Hope this helps.
