JD Power Survey
I just took this survey for my S Class. I never received one for my GLE, which is kind of strange. I did receive another survey for it, though.
I scored it outstanding for the most part, which is a 7 out of 10. I did ding it on these items:
1. Rough transmission. While it’s not nearly as bad as my GLE, it still hesitates and stalls on kick downs (i.e., it feels like it doesn’t know what gear to go in and I’m stuck in limbo) and it isn’t smooth at times. No clunks, though, unlike my GLE.
2. Door handle and key proximity issues.
3. Air vent reflection off of the windshield.
4. Sun reflection off of the center screen.
5. Fingerprint reader isn’t accurate.
6. Poor choice of tires in the OEM run flat tires and ride quality.
7. CarPlay and Mobile hotspot not working at startup.
That’s it, really. No major gripes unlike my GLE.
