Malfunction DRIVE AT 50 MPH
Dashboard
Front wheel high (almost 5 fingers fit)
QUOTE=Dima;8819240]AIRMATIC is functioning only to a limited extent. The vehicle's handling characteristics may be affected. * NOTE The tires on the front axle or the fenders could be damaged by large steering movements Avoid large steering movements while driving and listen for scraping sounds. If you hear scraping sounds, pull over and stop the vehicle in accordance with the traffic conditions, and set a higher vehicle level if possible. Drive in a manner appropriate for the current level, but do not exceed 50 mph[/QUOTE]

Have you tried Airmatic height control if it works? In some accident scenarios the car raises itself but I think it was only for side collisions, not sure. I'd anyway expect a permanent warning in the cluster if the front was raised because of an accident and didn't recover. Could be an intermittent wiring issue, hard to find without Star fault codes.
