Malfunction DRIVE AT 50 MPH

I had an accident which they hit the bumper and rear axle. Got my vehicle back and once I hit 50 mph it gave me this message. First message was about battery not being charged. Today I drove it a bit more and it came out shortly but hasn’t any more. The front wheels appear to have large gap in between fender and wheel. Any ideas what can be going on? Read it can be the airmatic, someone said it can be since the battery was drained (but why would the front weeks have such a big gap)….accident was in rear so not sure why it would affect front. (Model 2022 S580)

Dashboard

Front wheel high (almost 5 fingers fit)

AIRMATIC is functioning only to a limited extent. The vehicle's handling characteristics may be affected. * NOTE The tires on the front axle or the fenders could be damaged by large steering movements Avoid large steering movements while driving and listen for scraping sounds. If you hear scraping sounds, pull over and stop the vehicle in accordance with the traffic conditions, and set a higher vehicle level if possible. Drive in a manner appropriate for the current level, but do not exceed 50 mph

No scraping sounds….warning went off after I drove a bit more but front still appears to be high. Obviously can’t have the car not “able” to drive over 50 mph

You have to have the car tested with Star but something obviously needs to be fixed with these symptoms.

Have you tried Airmatic height control if it works? In some accident scenarios the car raises itself but I think it was only for side collisions, not sure. I'd anyway expect a permanent warning in the cluster if the front was raised because of an accident and didn't recover. Could be an intermittent wiring issue, hard to find without Star fault codes.
