The pre-entry climate control function in my Mercedes Me Connect App connected to my Mercedes S580e is stuck on activate (see screen shot). When I try to swipe to deactivate, the app thinks for a few seconds and then reverts back into the activate position. Notably, the climate control is NOT actually activated despite the app indicating such. Accordingly, I'm not able to use this functionality right now. I've tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, and turning the car and/off to no avail. Any ideas?
The app loses sync with car relatively often. MB would probably blame poor cellular coverage. This is never the case when I observe something similar.
However quite odd if the issue does not get solved with all your attempts, even starting the car for a moment. Does the app show all other data up-to-date (the app says when it synchronised data with the car last time)? Can you operate the car, open/close door locks or change other settings like the charging profile? Did you try charging the HV battery? Not that the HV battery would be needed for Mercedes Me but it seems the car is quite sensitive for the 12 V battery having low charge, not necessarily so low that the app would give a warning.
Appreciate the reply. The app is otherwise functioning properly. I can lock/unlock doors, the charging indicator is accurate, etc. I have since charged the battery-no issues. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No help. I have a message into Mercedes connect. Hopefully the response will be prompt and resolving.

Hopefully Mercedes connect customer service solves the issue.
Did you also delete all app data before reinstalling the app? At least on Android the app keeps more or less all the data it has, in good and bad even if the app is uninstalled.
I got exactly the same on my GLC 2023
It worked well for months and suddenly stuck to active...
I uninstall properly the app and clear data, switch user, try another phone, it seems something broken from the server than does not receive the info back..
I contact Mercedes let's see if I get something form them
