Look for POTAUTO Universal Aluminum Jack Pad Jacking Puck Adapter Support Compatible with Mercedes Benz Vehicles 2000-Present at Amazon.
From what I have read, the rubber ones can tear apart. I have a W222,. I am sure the W223 is the same. The metal ones wont break.

These rubber jack adapters I can confirm to work for both the MB W223 & W211 (and probably lots of others) A bit pricey, but we have not had any problems with them
