I get confused by the numbers. If mine is is a 2022 S580, what is the label, W223?, I saw W222 alluded to. As to repair, ........something much simpler, I found from a supplier which cabin filters I needed, and I just carefully took things apart and put them back together. Brakes might be different. On Youtube somebody put a fast motion video on with no audio explanation, you had to look at it carefully and pause it once in a while. One thought is to just to take the wheel off and look, .........see if it looked like the video, and what I am getting into, and then put the wheel back on for the time being.
More or less brakes are pretty similar on any car

The biggest difference to ‘normal’ brakes is having to put the rear calipers into the service position before you can replace the rear pads.
Other than that, it’s the same as any other car.
