I have the executive line which I think shares the same/similar body package. We have the weird chrome trim at the bottom of our doors that the AMG packages don't have. I intend to investigate how easy those are to remove. I imagine they are, but also suspect there are mounting holes that will be left in the doors to contend with. This is the only thing holding me back from doing the swap myself.

Nice conversion, It looks awesome. I'm currently converting to the S63, and my technician is currently stuck in the process. He states the radar sensor doesn't align? Did you re position the radar sensors?

Hi All, I'm new here. I did the conversion from an S500 to S63 (photo attached).and have an issue with the center distronic sensor. Has anyone had this issue? Getting an error of "dirty sensor" probably because the oem sensor is not directly behind the emblem.

If anyone here has been successful with this conversion, how did you mount your original radar sensor behind the star emblem?

Lastly, did the dealer need to do a calibration? Please

let me know. I'm pretty desperate at the moment trying to figure this out!

Love the blacked out badging and hood emblem. I considered doing it when I wrapped my car and didn’t. You are making me rethink that choice! Car looks great.
