Apple Music Issues Starting Today (11/13/24)
Starting this morning or yesterday, on-board Apple Music (not CarPlay) stopped loading content and would not work. Thinking I simply needed to sign out and then back in would "fix it", I did just that. I am now not able to sign in to Apple Music. MBUX provides me with the QR code to scan and then sign in on my phone, and although it appears I'm signed in through Single Sign On on my phone, the QR code on MBUX never goes away and never signs me in.
I called Customer Service, and since the representative didn't know how to fix it, she dropped the call and basically hung up on me.
So, I'm turning to the W223 forum. Anyone else having issues playing on-board Apple Music yesterday or today? Other streaming services such as Amazon Music continue to work fine.
