I’m creating a space for anyone who has had experiences with Mercedes buybacks or the lemon law process to share their stories. Whether you’ve been successful or not, your insights could really help others (like me) who are dealing with issues and trying to navigate this process.

“THE” most important factor, is what the lemon law requirements are WHERE you live. I am in California, where the Lemon Law is heavily weighted towards the consumer. In CA, if your vehicle is out of service for a cumulative 30 days, due to an issue covered under warranty, that pretty much seals the deal as the vehicle being a lemon. This varies from state to state.
