Hello, I received a new tablet because the old one was damaged. The tablet starts but does not want to connect to the car. Hot Spot in the car is turned on.

 

Seems like I recall that the car has to be programmed with the tablet, for it to work. Not sure on that, but it popped into my head right away. I also recall mine wouldn't work if it needed an update, something to check, although you've likely already been there.

 

Yes, the tablet has been updated to the latest version but it won't connect
