About Us
Atomic Wheels started as a passionate group of car enthusiasts who believed that high-quality wheels should not break the bank. In August 2023, faced with the soaring prices of performance rims, we decided to tackle this challenge head-on by creating our own company. What began as a small project in Texas quickly gained momentum as we focused on fully forged rims that combine top-tier quality with affordability.
Initially, our focus was on high-performance vehicles from brands like Tesla and Rivian. Over the past year and a half, we have grown steadily, thanks to the support of our customers and our commitment to innovation. Now, after receiving requests and seeing the potential in the Mercedes community, we are excited to bring both flow form and fully forged wheels to this legendary brand.
Despite our expansion, our core mission remains the same: deliver world-class wheels at competitive prices without compromising on quality. We realize every community is different, and because we are new to the Mercedes space, we want to be particularly attentive to your needs, styles, and performance goals.
Why Fully Forged Atomic Wheels?

Heat-Treated Durability: improves fatigue resistance and long-term reliability.
Industry Standards: raw materials equal to or exceeding OEM levels.
Strong but Light: up to 3× stronger than cast and ~25% lighter.
Knurled Bead: standard on all forged models, prevents tire slip.

Factory & Quality
Our factory in China uses advanced forging presses, flow forming machines, and strict quality control. All wheels meet JWL and VIA standards. Every set is inspected for dimensions, strength, and finish before shipping.
Forged wheels – lifetime structural warranty.
Flow Form wheels – full structural and finish warranty.

Any forged model can be built to your specs: size, width, offset, finish. We can also create a completely new design from your sketch or idea.
