I suspect it is because you're coming up on 1 year and not 10,000 miles since you're last service?

1 year is not until November (11/30/26). Was CPO'd 11/25

Hmm - then I'm not sure. I'd say call customer-no-service, but I suspect they would lead you down the path of frustration.
