Is there a way to get the rear armrest tablet without getting the two rear displays?

Anyone know what package gives you the rear armrest tablet?

I don't really want the two rear displays.

Thanks!

I was able to spec a GLS with the rear tablet but without the screen. Not sure if the same is possible with the S, but hopefully this help.
I know for sure that it is possible also with the EQS.
Also you can try the configurator and keep an eye on the 3D interior view.

Rear sear executive or massage with a recliner option is the key.

That is how my 22 model came. Rear tablet but without the "high end entertainment?" package that has the back of the seat displays. I am not certain the displays were even an option without stepping up to the Maybach in the USA. It has the executive package with rear massage and recliner option. I rarely have ridden in the rear but if I recall the tablet is required to control certain things from the rear such as massage functions for the rear seats.

Was this rear executive pkg available on the AMG line exteriors, or was it only available with the executive exteriors?

I've been thinking the same, I'd like to have the rear tablet for the times I have guests in the backseats. I'm pretty sure the tablet is Bluetooth, so connectivity shouldn't be a concern???? But what about charging if the car didn't come with the option?

I do not know honestly. Mine is not the AMG exterior. I did not desire 21" wheels and I may be incorrect but on the AMG line rear steering was limited to 4.5 degree where as non AMG line (mine) has 10 degree. Maybe the longer Maybach is different but the front passenger seat must be empty for the right rear seat recline to function as when it is selected the front passenger seat folds and moves forward for the extra space required for the rear recline. Ours has been utilized only a few of times. It is comfortable back there but as we are a couple and not chauffeured it rarely has been utilized. The tablet is bluetooth. I do not know but I assumed the mount for it that charges it exists on all of them but I may be wrong.

Not really. Bluetooth connectivity for these tables is TERRIBLE. Luckily, they are NOT bluetooth based for the 2021-current W223. Just like most other models (GLS, EQS), the rear tablet uses the internal Wi-Fi Hotspot which is much more reliable and seamless.

Bluetooth is terrible. The new facelift W223 rear smaller phone-handheld style tablet are actually bluetooth. I saw three youtubers having trouble connecting them to the rear screens, and the smaller handheld tablet was showing bluetooth connecting and failed to connect couple times, although they worked with most other Youtubers. I know it's a demo, but bluetooth is bluetooth and even current iphone/Samsung phones fail to connect sometimes. Perhaps the connection with the car is still Wifi based, but with the screens it's bluetooth. Regardless for pre-refresh I think it is all wifi.
