My girlfriend works @ Google. But I'll be damned if she can afford to buy me an AMG with her stock options for my birthday. Perhaps a small one for herself though

That would be a tough choice! Probably keep the SL - commuting is commuting, and I could deal with a lesser car (an E60M5, for instance) when I needed 4 doors. A 700HP convertible is not something I'll willingly walk away from.
