I was just browsing through the mercedes-AMG.com accessories PDF file and I found this...for the new CL you can order the paddle-shifer steering wheel. I feel that the CL and S (and thus S65) would have a compatible wheel, right?

I believe you can order an S65 with that wheel now too. Rob Allan (US AMG product manager) got hit pretty hard with this on his Private Lounge chat back in September and fixed it immediately. The choices are wood/leather with buttons or all leather with paddles. If you're driving your S65 properly, your hands will be too sweaty for wood anyway.
