Ithe last 4 cars I bought I bought the first year of. Hummer, MB, BMW,Range Rover. All four were mechanical nightmares. the 220 has 6years on the body 600 Ponies under the hood and all the luxury you could ask for.
I like the 221 in 2009 when the bugs get worked out. Until then..drivin my car...like a movie star. (my kids sing it with their mom ..makes me laugh)

I like Marcus posting the price as well. Keep in mind that the price he posted was still open for negotiation based on your credit, etc. While it wasn't the absolute cheapest price, none of our cars are investments. If all you worry about is depreciation, you are in the wrong market. Everyone knows that a base of any model holds its value the most. By contrast, the most loaded will have the worst hit. Then again, that is the difference between an S430 and an S65.
