I own a 2005 E55. I am very familiar with its performance. I test drove a 2004 S55 today that a wholesaler is selling . He does not know anything about the car. When I drove it it seemed that the supercharger was not even there. It had good pick up but not even close to my E55. It almost felt like a S500. Is there anyone that knows why it felt like this? Is there any situation that could have occured where the supercharger was not working or performing to its potential? OR is the S55 really that much slower? The one thing that I was concerned about was that this idiot put 87 octane gas in the car. I would love to hear from anyone that has some logical answers..
