Actually, it's my problem 
The dealer has one w/10K miles. It's perfect. Blk on Blk.
windows already tinted...
I'm thinking if they'll let it go for close to $105 I might buy it.
What would you offer?? WTF to do???
FWIW, They want $119 or was it $129

As long as you can tolerate the W220 body (I couldn't) the powerplant is incredible.
A slight drawback would be also be no LSD like the one in your SL55 030 or SL65.
As for pricing, I would shoot for something in the $95K-98K range as I have seen a few being offered in the lower 90's but with a bit more mileage.
I found a new one (black) several months ago for $114k and decided against it while someone else on this forum got a new silver model for $110K.

I can't remember.. doesn't really matter...I just got a 2006 S65 loaded with 8K miles. I love it. It is so comfortable and even faster then I expected. I came from an SL600 so my only complaint is how long the car is. Definitely don't pay more than 105K. Trust me you can get it for that or even less. If they don't sell it to you then they will eventually lose money on the car. Have them check the auction price and show you the print out. Then you will realize they are asking too much!
