OMG, that is my partners car. This guy works at either Millionaire, The Jetcenter or D and D aviation.

It's always some young kids who park our cars.

That's our Gulfstream too that we drive our cars out to.
That's me on the left.

That's my employees Range Rover, my business partners SLR, the bald guy is the owner of the charter company and that is our G300.

Not for long if you start posting cellphone pics of customers belongings.
Give the kid a break......any damages or harm done? It could just as easily have been at a restaurant. Of course, up to the owners discretion.

Just curious what your source was on this info? Did they factor out the primary residence? many newly minted "Millionaire" these days attained their "on paper wealth" due to the appreciation of their home. Liquid net worth is a more substantial figure. There are many business owners, high level execs(CEO,CFO, etc), Fund managers and so forth that chose other routes.

While great wealth can indeed be attained through Real Estate, the majority of those in that field are agents/brokers (dropping like flies these days ) Commercial development can be lucrative but very few are involved as getting approval on projects have become nothing more than sucking up to local politicians.

The housing market is still weak with Sub-Prime lenders/borrowers taking the brunt of it.
FYI, anyone short the ABX Sub-Prime index have been rewarded with 400-500% returns since November.

I read an article in July in the Wall Street Journal. WSJ, Forbes and 2 other companies did a poll with 7,500 Millionaires in the United States about how they accumulated there wealth. 7 out of 10 of them said it was from Real Estate. I read the article right after the 4th of July. I have seen that quote printed in a handful of books too. Now whether or not the poll was done correctly, I don't know. You can pretty much print what you want.

I agree, those polls do omit many key factors and they DO print pretty much anything.

I find it pretty amusing that many of those pushing Real Estate as a great investment keep on quoting Andrew Carnegie's "90% of all millionaires made their money in Real Estate" when he actually lived from 1835-1919.
It may have been true back then but times have changed

JUST KIDDING! lol

I wonder how bad your S65 would beat my Father's 911 Turbo S? We should set it up...

When you get a chance, check out www.wasatchdrivers.com (the local Wasatch front Euro group). It's a group of young successful people like yourself. There are many higher end cars on there (as well as a mint Dinan S3 Supercharged E39 M5) that might give you a run for your money...
