While great wealth can indeed be attained through Real Estate, the majority of those in that field are agents/brokers (dropping like flies these days
) Commercial development can be lucrative but very few are involved as getting approval on projects have become nothing more than sucking up to local politicians. The housing market is still weak with Sub-Prime lenders/borrowers taking the brunt of it.
FYI, anyone short the ABX Sub-Prime index have been rewarded with 400-500% returns since November.

I agree, those polls do omit many key factors and they DO print pretty much anything.
I find it pretty amusing that many of those pushing Real Estate as a great investment keep on quoting Andrew Carnegie's "90% of all millionaires made their money in Real Estate" when he actually lived from 1835-1919.
It may have been true back then but times have changed

JUST KIDDING! lol
I wonder how bad your S65 would beat my Father's 911 Turbo S? We should set it up...
When you get a chance, check out www.wasatchdrivers.com (the local Wasatch front Euro group). It's a group of young successful people like yourself. There are many higher end cars on there (as well as a mint Dinan S3 Supercharged E39 M5) that might give you a run for your money...
