MB of Beverly Hills has a CL 65 in stock
saw it yesterday, including the new Type IV forged wheels that come with the S-series 030 package. Weird in that it is an 08 model with presumably the same release date as the S63, but they have one ready to go

100%, absolutely a CL 65.
Had the "V12 Biturbo" badge on the side "not the AMG 63" badge, and had the new Type IV wheels that are standard on the 65. That said, i had been looking at cars on the showroom floor, and the salesperson took me down to the bowels of their garage to show me the S65s they have in stock (they have 5 of them, by the way). He wanted to show me what Pewter looked like so he took me over to the CL, which was sitting half covered with a car cover, and pulled the cover back.
It is possible that the car is not for sale yet -- otherwise I'm sure it would be on the floor. Perhaps MB shipped them one since they are a very big dealer, but they have to hold it back until the official release date. That way, they would have one of the first ones to go on the release date.
Definitely a 65 however!! I encourage anyone who goes by to confirm, i should have taken a photo!!
