S63 & S65 Difference as a Daily Driver

I'm looking to sell my SL55 for either the S63 or S65. However, there's no dealer in the area with the S65 I could test drive. Any of you guys with the 65 tested the 63 as well? If so, what do you guys think? One dealer in my area's asking for $15k over sticker for the 65.....
