if so...how much, date of delivery.

placed it in August in NJ. looking for January delivery.
they could not quote exact price, thought a 1-1.5% increase over similarly equiped 2002 ($106,000) is reasonable expectation.

I have an order in place since July at one dealership, expect March or later next year.
At two other relatively newer dealerships, orders placed in Oct, but anticipate jan/feb.
