This morning I went to the local MB dealer, and there it was a black/blcak 2003 S55 kompressor. The sticker read a price of about $108,000 with specs of 493hp/516torque respectively. The new wheels looked great, and the quad exhaust was a nice touch(very subtle peeking out from under the rear apron). The only thing I would do, would be to remove the kompressor badge on the sides. I think it takes away from the clean lines of the car, and on a luxo sedan I realy do not think the side badges are necessary.

Anyway it looks great, so enjoy all you soon to be S55 owners.

Sorry no camera, it is on loan to my sister who is vactioning in Europe. Also, just to tease you a little more, I went back to the dealer this morning and not only was the new S55 AMG kompressor there but also a brand new Silver/Ash 2003 CL55 kompressor. It must have been delivered this morning, same hp/torque numbers on the S55. However the CL55 did not have the new twin spoke AMG rims, just the same type of AMG rims on the 2002 model. It still looks great.
