Hello everyone-
I am looking at a 2006 S65 with 26k miles on it. I've been searching the forum and trying to get everyone's thoughts on this vehicle. I haven't seen too much as far as reliability though. Can anyone shed some light for me? Would also just appreciate general comments and specific likes/dislikes of the vehicle.
Thank you-
Kenny

Mine has been totally reliable so far (20k miles). It's my second W220, and it seems a lot more reliable than the 2001 was. The only issue I've had is a common one that I was prepared for: it burns a quart of oil every 2,000 miles. (I bought it new and broke it in properly.) If you expect to go 10,000 mile service intervals without topping up (as you can with most MB models) you will be disappointed. If you consider it a quirk of the model (and its oil injection cylinder cooling), you'll be fine.Originally Posted by wildstreak
