Can you folks have a look at your front brakes and tell me what you have?

I ordered a set of 2008 rotors and calipers and what came was not what I expected. The calipers were two piece, two piston (one piston each side), although pretty large, not 8 piston as on the W210 S65.

Am I nuts or is that correct for this model?
