Is it possible to install Distronic?

Is it possible to install Distronic?
Does anyone know is it possible to install Distronic afterwards to an S-class? I am looking at an '04 S55 AMG Kompressor, but it does not have Distronic which I would really like. Actually it does not have Keyless Go either, but I guess at least that's impossible to install afterwards(?). Thank you in advance.

You can, there is a Guy names Steve(don't know the actual site) on here who does Outstanding work on any MB. He comes to you but will charge for this house call.
I'm not sure why you would want the Disctronic, it is Pricey and seldom used IMO.
You can also get the Keyless Go installed while he is here so might as well get everything done. Many members here have had work done by him so just search for Steve from Netherlands I think.

think about it....do you want to drive on the freeway parked behind a Toyota Coralla? If you drive these kind of cars, chances are that you will want to get to where your going and enjoy what the car has to offer...Yes in bumper to bumper traffic, the car will stop for you but you're still driving anyway.

I have Distronic on my S55 AMG. I drive it as hard as you can, and I love the distronic feature. Sometimes you just want to relax on the highway on a long trip, and distronic is great!
