24.5 MPG today, with new fuel filter (S55)
I put it on 55mph, cruise control for about 50 miles, and I was able to get 24.5MPG with an S55. (2001, N/A engine)
My average for the last 7,000 miles is 16.3mpg though. I drive it like I stole it.
Unfortunately city driving isn't too great, I often average around 10mpg, and 18-19mpg highway at higher than 55 speeds.
I think if I drive long enough at around 55mph, I can hit 25 or maybe even 26 if the road has some downhills and I leave off my heater/ac.

Also, no offense but if you are after high milage and are willing to drive 55 why are you driving an S55? Why just get a Prius?
