How do I change blown H7 foglamp bulb on S63 AG bumper
Hi. I came home tonight to discover that one of my foglamp H7 bulbs have blown. Is this something easy to changeover on an S-Class AMG 63 or do I need to take it to a garage?
Could someone post the instructions from WIS if they have it as this may be useful for other members?
Thx

Hello,
Easiest way is to remove the honeycomb plastic panel around the lamp, four screws holding this in which remove from front of vehicle. Whole assembly comes out easily and you have plenty of space to work vs. jacing car up and fighting the under panels. You'll see the screws upon close inspection, flashlight might help.
There is a rubber cap on rear of lamp that pops off, I recommend applying a wire tie around this cap upon completion to ensure it is secure.
Should be a piece of cale, ten minutes time.
Question - did you go with stock replacement or upgrade your bulb?
Cheers,
Chris

1. Take out the honeycomb plastic cover. There's 2 screws holding it.
2. Unscrew all 4 buttons from the metal lamp surround and pull out the whole metal surround.
3. Unplug the wiring on the back and unclip the pins holding the bulbs by pressing on the tabs and out.
4. Pull out the bulbs and change.
5. Reverse the process.
(there's a rubber grommet somewhere protecting the light fixture that you need to make undone, but I don't remember where, it should be pretty obvious)
