rear side shades for '04 S55?

Is this possible?

I read about them being an option, but I can't find the part anywhere. I've tried the online mercedes parts catalog and there is a part listed but there are no details shown.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I misread your original post. However, I would still recommend just tinting the back windows. In the past when I had cars with shades and no tint, I kept the shades up all the time. Now I keep the shades down and just have tints. This will be a much cheaper approach.

There was a post a few weeks ago with info on rear side sun shades from a US supplier. I recall they were $50 for a pair and install using double-sided tape at bottom edge of the window and a hook on top.

I will try to find the URL for you.

my 55 is my daily driver and I often have my small children in it. They sometimes want dark windows and sometimes don't, so to try to surprise them (I'm a cool dad ) I'm looking for shades since tint is all or nothing. However, if the shades are tacky or lame, or too expensive, the (ceramic-based) tint is the way i'm going.
