Long time watcher...first time user. I am in the process of making some decisions about the 2002 S55 I have on order. I am fond of the AMG Monoblock II wheel (19 inches) but my dealer suggests that the wheel won't fit. Numerous places on the web advertise this wheel for the S-Class so I am just trying to get some guidance from other sources. Anyone have any insight?

Hey the 19 inch AMG rims will fit on your car if you dont change the size of your tires. If you do then the car is going to look akward in my opinion and the tires might look weird in the wheel wells. I dont think you should put the 19's on your car if its an S55 AMG keep it how it is, I dont think AMG cars should be messed with but thats just me. Good luck!

I put 2-pc 19" AMG wheels on my 2001 S500. They fit with no problems. I used lower profile tires and they took up the same height in the wheel well as what came off.

I picked up my 2002 S55 Saturday. I not only am adding the wheels that I mentioned in the previous post, but I am also looking for a fog light kit and a Lorinser roof wing. I will post pics with the "standard" S55 and the new pics with my changes. Any suggestions or input?

I just checked the performance products catalog and they didn't have the roof wing in it.. they did have the trunk wing whcih they had listed for $657

they may have it on their webpage... it's worth a shot..you will probably find your foglight kit on there as well

those chrome AMG wheels are really nice.. I saw a designo silver S600 this weekend with the chrome rims.
