Fuse location for reat a/c '06 S65??

Fuse location for reat a/c '06 S65??
The fuse chart has been removed from the spare tire area and need to know which fuse or relay controls the rear a/c blower motor. Power to the unit is there as it is illuminated with auto and appropriate bars but blower motor for the rear is intermittent. Thanks.

Buick T-Type, 70 cuda, S65 and a very FAST Truck!
I just pulled my chart out and it calls out two fuses for the rear AC, F68 and F69 in the fuse and relay box under the right rear seat. 15 Amp each.
The is also one labeled Blower Motor AC F33 But I am assuming it is for the front?? Fuse and relay box engine compartment right. It is a 40 Amp fuse but if your front fan is working I would start with the others first.
