New to MB Forum-S63-S65-S600 Questions

Hi. This is my first post at the forum. I am a new member and after driving BMW for the past 20 years, I am going to trade in my current car and switch to MB. I currently have a M6 and will get rid of it sometime in the fall this year. I have been researching and learning about the S63,S65 and S600 sedans, circa 2007-present. As it stands now, I will decide between a 2009 S63, a 2008 S65, or either a 2009 or 2010 S600. I will be buying my car late in the fall or at the end of the year. All things considered, which car would you guys go with if you were buying one of the above at the end of this year? I will probably have some follow-up questions as we go along, but I have to start somewhere. Thanks in advance and best regards.

A Mercedes obviously!
Welcome to the forums!

They're all different vehicles each with their own quirks and characteristics so it really depends on what you're looking for. Luckily for you this is a question that comes up quite a bit, can't find any threads at the moment but I'm sure someone else will C&P one.

I would go for the S65...monster torque, luxury, and rarity to boot.
Just my 2 cents.

After test driving each of them, you will have a good feel for the benefit/detriments of each engine/trans set up. S65 is always best...

Mercedes S55 AMG
The S65 is definitely the fastest, but these are heavy cars. Would you consider a 2006 W220 S55 or S65? They will be much cheaper and perhaps faster as well since they are lighter. (The W220 S65 is a good deal faster than the 2007 W221.)
