I too, thought I would have noticed the car moving, even while trying to pay attention as I was driving. I could never feel it.

I don't remember the part number, but it was the exact number as the original module I removed. Took about 5 minutes to replace, and it certainly cured my issues. I've been almost 10,000 miles now. I got my module used from eBay seller JSBenz, a dismantler in Florida for $250 or so.

K-Mac, I can appreciate that some cars may need other alignment options other than what the factory provided, but your product cannot repair the ABC module issue concerning tire wear.

Iv read about the ABC module raising and lowering the car and how it can cause more tyre wear in another thread a while back, im sure on these forums.

My car certainly raises and lowers itself if its sat idling for more than 10 minutes.

However, i did not think this happens when the car was being driven as the ride height should constantly be monitored and kept at the same level all the time.

Correct - resolving the ABC module issue is what it is about.

But also importantly as many frustrated owners point out - not having ongoing simple to adjust front Camber and Caster and rear Camber (with extra Toe) facility means the other half of the problem is still not being resolved.

That is the capability of being able to return vehicle to factory specs to resolve costly premature inner edge tire wear!

My 2003 S55 did the whole raising and lowering thing too. It would raise up slowly and then jerk down. I rebuilt the ABC valve blocks, it's been 3 yrs and problem solved. Way cheaper than replacing the module-not saying that that'll fix every problem, but it's worth a shot especially as these cars get older.

As for tire wear, my goes through a set of rears every ~10k km / 6k miles. I'd say I drive spirited on occassion, but not like I'm tracking it, and not doing burnouts. Perfectly even tire wear.
I went through a set of Sumitomo HTR tires that were completely smoked (looked like race slicks) and horrible vibrations after about 9k km, and then Michelin Pilot Sport AS4, almost down to the wear bars at 8k km. I prefered the Michelins, just wish they'd lasted longer.

We are driving high powered rear drive 5000 pound cars. To get the car moving requires considerable torque be applied and the cars are only too willing and able to deliver. Quit your *****ing. We pay to play. Don’t like tire wear? Trade for a Camry.
