Just wondering if anyone has added these to their front seats?

Have read a post on one of the other sections which didnt help. So far have removed backing of drivers seat only to be confronted by the headrest/heated seat/lumbar support assembly plus two little fans.
However, i did read some instructions on the net which involve making two little holes in front seat, inserting the pins of the logo thru the holes and fastenening them in place. Sounds simple, problem is that involves pins going thru the heated seat bit.

Any ideas please, apart from MB? Thanks alot
