Props to Vossen Wheels
I was lowering my S55 with the AAR lowering links, when I noticed that the clearcoat on my Vossen VVS-084 rear wheels was peeling at the black accents. I contacted Vossen yesterday, and talked with Kevin. He had me send him some pictures this morning. I literally got a call from him maybe 20-30 minutes later, letting me know that this is covered under warranty and he would be sending out 2 new rears as well as a prepaid label to send my defective ones back once they were mounted. I was already thinking, "What a great company", then he went above and beyond and let me know that they have inventory in their California warehouse and I can expect them tomorrow. For those that are not good in math, that is one day from claim to new product in hands. Thanks Kevin for your hardwork, I know that you have my business and referrals.
