interesting thing i found out was that the SL and S class does not have a direct bolt on cat system. the whole exhaust system is 1 whole unit , so if your cats or mufflers go bad you would have to cut and weld a new part on... which got me woundering how my CL65 is going to be, becuase i only want a direct bolt in set up.. and lucky the CL is able to be disconected, so im happy to find out that the CL will be a direct bolt on kit..... so i guess all the SL and S class owners have to cut and weld a catless set up on there cars, but i will speak to the shop owner so i can figure out what we can do so we can sell a catless kit for all 65 cars

so i spoke to the shop owner and he told me the only way to make a catless set up on a S or SL class is to cut and weld or use exhaust clamps... the CL65 is the only one that can be made in to a direct bolt on kit if you guys are still interested in the upgraded catless kit please let me know
