MBH S55 Long Tube Headers
After loosing my camera and memory card that had my S55 long tube header pictures. I finally got around to getting some updated pictures of our S55 header system.
Fist a quick over view of the S55 long tube headers.
Each header is made using 16 gauge T-304 stainless steel and T-321 stainless in our header flange. Our headers are made in house here in Arizona. 100% TIG welded for strength. Along with purge welding our primary tubes. Our 4 into 1 merge collector features an internal velocity spike and grooved collector edges to further streamline the exhaust flow. Resulting in increased scavenging that leads to monster power gains.
All of your header systems come with a lifetime warranty. If for any reason our header fails from use or workmanship we will fix or replace the header.
We currently have a pretty good deal going on right now. So if are looking for a stainless steel long tube header for your S55 that makes amazing power that you can really feel... PM me for a price quote.
I'm 6 feet tall, so these are some big headers.

They look impressive. Why is the pipe diameter so small at the collector/bend where the 02's screw in? Why are there not any flex pipes? Surely there should be.
Did you notice during the design that the drivers side is tighter re-arrangement of the pipes due to the steering column shaft?
