Having problems syncing my Samsung Galaxy S3 with my s63 bluetooth

anyone have this problem too?
The phone sees the MB Bluetooth, but just can't pair with it

I had a similar problem with my GS3 to pair with another samsung phone. I ended up having to try to pair them both at the sametime. It took a couple tries though. Might be similar. Not sure how the S63 works, but I bet you need it activated to pair. Is there a way to turn on and off the bluetooth in the car?
