Climate control problem and solution
I didn't find anything like this here so I'll link to what I found.
The issue was the climate control was only cooling on the lowest setting. After reading the diagnostic values specifically NR.00 INTERIOR TEMPERATURE of 0 degrees and NR.01 of 26 degrees obviously one wasn't reading.
