Brabus Monoblock S Cracked
Has anyone had this happen? Don't recall hitting any big pot holes. This is a rear rim. No marks on the outside, nothing. I only found it when it went flat sitting in the garage. I took it to a tire shop and they showed me the cracks. Actually there are two 180 degrees apart both look about the same. But no chips or dents.
Would you drive on this rim?

How long have you had the rims/ where did you purchase them from? Maybe Brabus has a warranty of some sort?
You may be able to have it repaired/ welded. What did the tire shop say?

Had the rims just over a year. The tire shop didn't have anything to say other than they didn't know if it would hold air or not.
I don't know anything about repairing a rim for a high performance car. Just don't know if one should trust it if it was repaired.
Maybe someone has experience with repairing aluminum wheels?
